Laszlo Kiss
Laszlo Kiss is the founder, owner, and managing director of Discus Holdings Ltd., a group of companies that provides investment migration and corporate, financial, and tax planning services. Discus Holdings Ltd., based in Malta and founded in 2013, has won multiple concessions, including for the Hungarian residency bond program, for the Malta Residence and Visa Program, and also in Montenegro.
Laszlo has more than 28 years of experience in international emigration, business and tax structuring. His professional background includes founding OCRA (Eastern Europe) Ltd., which has become the largest privately-owned consultancy firm in Hungary, offering tax and corporate structuring and emigration solutions. In 1998, Laszlo was appointed the Honorary Consul General to represent the nation of Seychelles in Hungary.
Tertius Relihan is Namibian born and has lived in Africa for over 50 years. He has extensive experience as an investor and entrepreneur in over 8 African countries. He is the founder, CEO, and Key Individual of Caveat Investments, an authorised Financial Service Provider (Licence No. 24777) established on 11 July 2006. Tertius holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Economics and Mercantile Law from the University of Stellenbosch, which has given him a strong foundation for his ownership and management of Discus Holdings South Africa.
Tertius is a registered Person in the equity market (SAIFM) and the forex market (SAIFM). He is also a Member of the South African Institute of Financial Markets (MIFM). In addition, he completed all his Regulatory Exams under the FAIS act in South Africa RE-1, RE-3 and RE-5 to act as a Key Individual for an Authorised Financial Services Provider at the FSCA.
